Genesis 2: Oops!

The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone."

Throughout Creation, God is pleased with His work. He keeps saying that is GOOD! There aren't many times God says, "Oops! That's not good."
Turning Adam loose by himself was one of those times. It was the first "Oops."
God created us to be social critters. Even hard core introverts can be driven to madness by solitary confinement.
According to Medical News Today, people who experience solitary confinement are more likely to develop anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and psychosis. The practice also affects physical health, increasing a person’s risk for a range of conditions, including fractures, vision loss, and chronic pain.
We're slowly emerging from 2 years of solitary confinement, and the whole world has gone at least a little mad. Lifting the mandates cannot remove the madness.
But God can--and you can help. Look for those who have fallen off the radar. Seek out those who have given up. Reach out to those who are alone.
God says it is good for us to be together.
