What a beautiful thing, God, to give thanks,
to sing an anthem to you, the High God!
To announce your love each daybreak,
sing your faithful presence all through the night,
Accompanied by dulcimer and harp,
the full-bodied music of strings.
You made me so happy, God
I saw your work and I shouted for joy.

Sometimes you have to admire God's work and laugh out loud.
You have to be amazed at God's thoughts.
How long would it have taken you to think of a platypus?
If that doesn't make you laugh out loud, nothing will.
I think God was giggling when He drew up a platypus.
But God laughs for joy when He sees you.
