Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd
There is nothing else I need
He makes me lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside still waters
He restores my strength
He shows me the right paths at the right time
He has called me his own child
And even given me his family name
Even though I walk through the darkest valley of death
I fear no evil
For you are with me;
You push me and pull me
Sometimes you have to prod me along
But your touch comforts my soul
You spread a victory feast for me every day
I am at peace no matter what people say or do
My head is dripping with heaven-sent love
My cup overflows
I can see that goodness and mercy will flow to me
all the days of my life
And I will live as a beloved child
In God's house, forever
