Twelfth Day of Christmas, Matthew 3:10-11
Bringing Gifts
--------------
When the Wise Men saw the star, they were overjoyed.
On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.
Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.

When we find Christ, we find the power to give--joyfully--abundantly--extravagantly. In some parts of the world Christmastide is a series of 12 feasts, and the biggest feast is Twelfth Night.
In our part of the world, we are often weary of a Christmas cycle that starts before Halloween. But we still find our hearts moved when we kneel at the manger.
Follow the star and celebrate your gifts.
