Thursday Scripture and Prayer: Jeremiah 29
God's Plans

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord
“Plans to prosper you and not to harm you
Plans to give you hope and a future
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me
And I will listen to you.
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
I will be found by you,” declares the Lord
“And will bring you back from [quarantine and social distance]"

The more you study Creation, from the innermost workings of the atom to the far flung splendors of the stars, the more you realize God planned all of this in infinite, magnificent detail.

But now that I am here, l have several excellent suggestions.
In fact, I had a lot of plans for 2020.
So far, none of them have worked the way I had in mind.
I'm pretty sure things would be better if God would just get with the program.
Can you believe it?
The one who created the cosmos still thinks he has a plan.
In fact, God thinks His plan is BETTER than mine!
God actually believes He can prosper me through all of this.
In God's plan, our world will be stronger.
America will be better.
God will bring us back.
It all starts when we come to God and pray.
Then we will seek and God will listen.
We will find God, and we will prosper.
Can you believe it?
