Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

GIGO is a basic premise of computer programming: Garbage In, Garbage Out.
The biggest health crisis today is not viral. It is mental and emotional. Anxiety, and depression can form like clouds when we put angry garbage into our minds. Wild conspiracy theories seem real. Trust and civility ebb away.
As we speak those things they intensify. Like a crashed program we can form an endless loop that goes nowhere--an emotional crash.
Good news! GIGO can also stand for Gospel In, Gospel Out. Christ is near. Think about the good things Creator is doing. Talk about the good stuff. That makes it real in your life. The good news can also form an endless loop!
