Psalm 85 Standing on the Promises

I will listen to what God the Lord says;
he promises peace to his people,
his faithful servants
The Lord will indeed give what is good,
and our land will yield its harvest.
Righteousness goes before him
and prepares the way for his steps.

Peace is not the absence of war.
Peace is wholeness of body, mind, and soul.
Peace is prosperity and the ability to share.
God is promising you peace that 2021 cannot give
And 2021 cannot take it away.

Standing on the promises of Christ my King
Through eternal ages let his praises ring
Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing
