There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens...
For what do workers gain from their toil?

The time has come for me to retire, effective 1/1/23
The season of ministry has been 40 years of folks forgiving my shortcomings and willing me to do better than I ever thought possible
I gained far more from you all than I can ever repay
I am deeply indebted to Barbara Jent for following me from pillar to post, over mountains, across rivers, and countless highways
Now the time has come for us to be close to family to share joys and tears
I love you all and am forever in your debt
